Building an anti-racist union requires ongoing effort and commitment. This training challenges participants to confront systemic racism, recognize their own biases, and take actionable steps toward creating a more equitable union. With a focus on dialogue and practical strategies, participants will leave empowered to make meaningful changes. (2.0 contact hours)

NOTE: Bargaining units may also request in-person training through their Labor Relations Specialist, with the option to include members from nearby facilities.
